A meeting in the early 1920's of the Columbia Yacht Club in New York. Second from the front on the right is Horace E. Dodge (with champagne bottle well placed!), next back is Designer and Dodge Vice President George Crouch, and next back is Caleb Bragg, wealthy patron (and owner of the famous Baby Bootlegger, designed by Crouch and winner of the 1924 and 1925 Gold Cup races). First on the left is Charles Chapman, Editor of MotorBoating.
Miss Delphine Dodge, Horace's sister. Horace named the majority of his race boats and yachts after Delphine, and as you can see, she loved to pilot racing boats herself.
Baby Horace, the race boat designed by George Crouch for Horace E. Dodge in 1924. This boat still exists, more images to come...
